It was one year ago today that I began my soda can collection. A lot of my collecting has been documented on this blog, but some of the highlights include:
- Dump diving in West Virginia
- Trading with other countries including Canada, Japan, the Netherlands and more
- Trading with other states including Vermont, Texas, Maryland and more
- Learning the ins and outs of bidding on eBay
- Building shelves to display my cans
- Hosting a taste-testing podcast
- Becoming a member of the National Pop Can Collectors
- and MUCH more!
And this was just in the first year. I can't wait to see what my second year brings. And it all began with this can:

ReplyDeleteIt sure is. We're headed to West Virginia next month for vacation. I'm hoping for another dump dive and plan on checking the area for local brands.
